• Electronic copy of plans may be emailed to plans@mvfpd.org 
• Fill out an application for plan review and submit it with an electronic copy of your plans. 
• We're now accepting online payments for plan review services.

Requirements:

• Contact Mountain View Fire at 303-772-0710 for the current application form and turning radius requirements
• Complete out the fillable application form and submit application along with a photo of your food truck by email to: prevention@mvfpd.org 
• Call for inspection
