How do I vote my ballot?

 

Follow all the voting instructions shown on your ballot.  After you have marked all your voting choices and finished voting:

 

1.   Refold your ballot along the original fold lines.

2.   DO NOT REMOVE THE BALLOT STUB.

3.   Place your voted ballot in this information sheet.

4.   Place the information sheet (with voted ballot) into the official Return Envelope.  It is not necessary to return the information sheet for your ballot to be counted.

5.   IMPORTANT:  Sign and date the “Self-Affirmation” located on the back of the official Return Envelope. 

 

Only one voter’s ballot is permitted in your official Return Envelope.

If more than one ballot is placed in the official Return Envelope, none of the ballots will be counted.

Return your ballot

Voters are encouraged to return voted ballot by mail to the address printed on the Return Envelope.  Don’t forget to include adequate postage ($0.73 or one Forever Stamp) and allow time for mail delivery.
